Poonam Dhillon Speaks Out On CINTAA Office Dispute

CINTAA President Poonam Dhillon has spoken about the ongoing dispute between CINTAA and the Cine Artistes Welfare Trust (CAWT) over CINTAA Tower.

She alleged that CINTAA members and staff were stopped from entering the office. Dhillon said they were informed through an email that CAWT was the actual owner of the building.

According to her, CINTAA contributed around Rs 6 crore towards the tower’s construction when CAWT faced financial difficulties.

She said the agreement included shared office space and welfare activities for CINTAA members. Dhillon questioned how CAWT could stop CINTAA employees from entering their workplace.

Members later gathered to discuss the issue. The dispute comes after several committee members resigned last month.
